I have been an avid observer of different cultures for as long as I can remember. I have lived in Asia, Africa, Europe and the US and remain fascinated with the often comical mix of local and international customs one experiences from country to country. From cars to politics, nothing escapes my balanced but sometimes crass comments.
Whether I am writing about good karma for cars or using common sense to solve an international crisis, I hope, at the very least, to be entertaining. I divide my time between Washington, DC and Bujumbura, Burundi and have a Masters in International Relations. My favorite quote: "Don't tell me what you know but where you've been" Mark Twain.
